4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES). We accept various payment methods and reserve the right to change prices without notice. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase.

5. Shipping Policy

Shipping Cost: Flat rate of KES 500 for all orders within Kenya

Order Processing:

• Order Cut-off: 7:00 PM EAT (East Africa Time)
• Handling Time: 0-1 business days
• Fulfillment Days: Monday - Saturday

Delivery Timeline:

• Transit Time: 1-5 business days
• Shipping Days: Monday - Saturday
• Total Estimated Delivery: 1-6 business days

Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be processed the next business day. We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.

6. Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 6 days of delivery. Products must be in new or slightly used condition (except personal hygiene items). Return methods include in-store returns at our location or by mail using provided labels. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving returned items.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible. Contact us immediately for cancellation requests.

8. Product Warranty

Products come with manufacturer warranties as specified. We facilitate warranty claims but are not liable for manufacturer defects beyond our return period.

9. Limitation of Liability

Razor Point is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including logos and product images, is our property and protected by copyright laws.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Kenyan law. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts within Nairobi, Kenya.
