Accepted Product Conditions
We accept returns and exchanges for:
- New products in original condition
- Slightly used products (except personal hygiene items)
- Defective products (regardless of usage)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Personal hygiene products (combs, brushes, etc.)
- Opened personal care items
- Products not in their original condition

Refund Processing
5 business days to process refunds once we receive the returned item
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 6 days after delivery via phone, WhatsApp, or email
- Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
- Choose your return method - either bring to our store location or use the provided return label for mail returns
- Return the item using the selected method
- Wait for processing confirmation - you will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp and email once we receive your returned item
- Wait for refund or exchange processing - our team will process within 5 business days
- Receive your refund - money will be reimbursed to the original payment account/method used for purchase
- For exchanges - your replacement item will be shipped immediately after processing
